Kainan At Kultura: A Culinary Heritage Soiree

On June 06, 2025, we gathered for Kainan at Kultura: A Culinary Heritage Soirée — a special evening that marked the official relaunch of Kainan Na Incorporated (KNI). It was a celebration of Filipino food, culture, and community, bringing together small food entrepreneurs, supporters, and cultural advocates.

We honored our shared heritage through traditional dishes, music, and storytelling that reflected the richness of our roots. At the heart of the night was a deeper purpose: raising funds for the victims of the recent Lapu-Lapu tragedy.

Oath Taking of the New Kainan Na Incorporated Board of Directors

A proud milestone during Kainan at Kultura was the official oath-taking of the new Board of Directors of Kainan Na Incorporated (KNI). This important moment marked a renewed commitment to our mission of empowering Filipino food entrepreneurs and preserving our culinary heritage.

We are deeply honoured that the ceremony was facilitated by The Honourable Rechie Valdez, Minister of Small Business and the first Filipino-Canadian woman elected to Parliament. Her presence and support meant so much to our community, and we thank her sincerely for gracing the occasion.
